- If you are not satisfied with your purchase , we will refund the purchase price (excluding postage costs) provided that it is returned in perfect saleable condition in original packaging and unused within 14 days .please contact us in writing (either by email or letter) to inform us of your desision to return your order prior to sending it to us. This is consistent with the Department of Trade and Industry`s distance selling regulations.
- Transit Damage Returns
- Please CHECK GOODS THOROUGHLY BEFORE SIGNING to say that they are in good condition.(do not sign unchecked). REFUSE DELIVERY IF DAMAGED and contact us immediately on 01403701002
- Warranty Returns
- Southwater Cycles are not responsible for labour and or shipping /postal costs incurred on any warranty claims. All goods we sell are covered by a warranty provided by the manufacturer , if you feel that you have a faulty item please return it to us with the original proof of purchase. if it is found to be a genuine fault of manufacturer we will repair or replace it free of charge (excluding postage costs). If it is found not to be a genuine fault covered by its warranty we will have to charge postage to return. the item.
